We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our UI/UX team at Ukirama. You’ll design intuitive digital interfaces, build prototypes, and craft visuals that bring our cloud-based ERP software to life while also supporting branding and marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
Design intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma for Ukirama’s ERP products, website, and key business workflows (such as warehouse, finance, and production).
Create engaging marketing assets, social media visuals, and brand materials that strengthen Ukirama’s identity and storytelling.
Develop and implement AI-assisted design workflows using tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or Gemini CLI to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Use analytics platforms such as Microsoft Clarity or OpenReplay to validate design decisions by analyzing user behavior insights, including session replays, heatmaps, and interaction patterns.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business users from various industries to ensure seamless design execution and user experience consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience as a Visual Designer, UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Graphic Designer.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Information System, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and visual or brand design projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Nano Banana, etc.) and openness to experimenting with them.
Good sense of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about blending technology with design.
