Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency at each stage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track personal sales KPIs, providing regular reports and analysis to sales team on performance and market dynamics.
- Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies.
- Conduct high-stakes negotiations with major clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and establishing a strong network.
- Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to improve the sales process and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
