At Ukirama, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for outbound prospecting activities to generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team. SDRs play a pivotal role at the top of the sales funnel by identifying potential clients, initiating strategic outreach, and advancing qualified leads through the early stages of the pipeline — rather than focusing on closing deals. This enables the Business Development team to concentrate on converting opportunities, supported by a consistent stream of high-quality prospects nurtured by the SDR team.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential B2B clients based on predefined criteria.
Analyze prospect profiles and prioritize them based on fit and readiness.
Conduct full outbound outreach (via email, calls, or LinkedIn) to engage targeted prospects.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
Foster strong early-stage relationships by providing ERP-related guidance, identifying operational pain points, and sharing relevant feedback to improve engagement and solution fit.
Report regularly on lead generation progress, outreach performance, and key market insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, or a similar B2B role.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet or exceed set targets.
Strong skills in research, communication, and prospect engagement.
Goal-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in driving results.
Experience in the tech, SaaS, or ERP industry is a strong plus.
