Job Description:

  • Lead technical SEO initiatives, including improving website structure, resolving crawl issues, optimizing site speed, and ensuring mobile-friendliness.
  • Manage end-to-end SEO processes, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed internal reports with insights on content performance, keyword rankings, and site health metrics.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis, focusing on identifying opportunities in the ERP software industry.
  • Independently optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Create and manage content briefs for copywriters, ensuring alignment with SEO objectives and relevant keywords for the ERP and B2B sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and content, to develop integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others to generate content ideas, optimize keyword targeting, and improve rankings.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine SEO strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and implement changes as needed to ensure best practices.
  • Create new landing pages aimed at driving qualified leads and increasing traffic.
  • Create designs for article thumbnails and headers.
  • Manage and execute SEM campaigns, including paid search strategies, to complement organic SEO efforts and maximize visibility across search engines.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving organic search performance, particularly in B2B industries.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth keyword research, perform competitor analysis, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in content optimization and a strong understanding of how content impacts SEO performance.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong writing skills in both languages.
  • Strong interest in staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and search engine algorithm changes.
  • Design skills, especially using Canva, are a plus.
  • Experience in SEM will be a plus.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Jakarta (Sudirman).
