Job Description:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct sales processes from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency at each stage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track personal sales KPIs, providing regular reports and analysis to sales team on performance and market dynamics.
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies.
  • Conduct high-stakes negotiations with major clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and establishing a strong network.
  • Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to improve the sales process and conversion rates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
